Rev. D. D. Davis is the founder and Bishop of Bethel, overseeing the overall ministry of the church and fulfilling the spiritual needs of the congregation. In addition to these duties, he and his wife frequently travel overseas to minister in different countries and to assist in handling various concerns of the Foreign Missions Department of the United Pentecostal Church International.

Rev. Doug Davis, Jr. serves as both Senior Pastor and Minister of Music at Bethel. He directs and oversees all administrative operations of the church, directs the development of new ministries, and oversees the training of new leaders. He is also the principal Bible Teacher on the church ministry staff.
